We are seeking a talented and experienced Lash Artist and/or esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various lash extension techniques, have excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. As a Lash Artist at The Lemon Room, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity while delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities:

• Perform lash extension services, including classic, volume, hybrid, and mega volume techniques. Must me able to make your own fans ( no pre-fans here!)

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired lash look and any specific preferences or concerns.

• Customize lash designs to complement each client's unique eye shape, facial features, and personal style.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout the service.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

• Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to prolong the life of their lash extensions and promote overall eye health.

• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills and offer innovative services. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lash Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Certification in lash extensions from a reputable training program.

• Proficient in various lash extension techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create flawless lash designs tailored to each client.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices related to lash extensions.
